We had a lovely time enjoying the luxurious onsen and spa facilities. The kids adored the indoor playground. Breakfast was a delightful display of fresh selections, fueling our day. Just note, the dinner reservation system could use some improvement, as we found empty tables despite being turned away earlier. Definitely worth the stay!

The staff, especially Leonie, provided exceptional service and made us feel at home. The spa and various pools were a hit with the children, offering endless fun. We enjoyed the garden view, which added a nice touch of tranquility to our stay.

We stayed for a night and it was fantastic! The staff was super helpful, especially when they sorted out our luggage. The room was really spacious and comfy. We loved the breakfast options—a total feast! Just wished the hot water situation in the shower was better, that was kinda annoying. Overall, a great time!

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend escape in Rottach-Egern with reasonable value. The onsen was amazing and the staff were super helpful, especially Christiana who gave me a wonderful massage. Make sure to try the clubhouse restaurant. their food is delicious.

The outdoor pool was fantastic for the kids, and the onsen area provided a unique and relaxing experience. Plus, the indoor play zone kept the little ones entertained all day! My family loved the nature trail around the hotel—it was a great way to unwind together.

During my stay, I encountered significant noise issues. I could hear people in neighboring rooms and the hallway much more than I would have liked. It disrupted my sleep and relaxation and made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Kids loved the pool areas, but Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. Disappointing!

The Premium Double Room with Balcony was really spacious and stylish. The bed was super comfy with a nice mattress and pillows. Loved the little balcony for some fresh air and great views. The decor was a cool mix of modern and traditional. However, the room felt a bit dark at times, and the noise from the hallway could be heard a little. Still, overall, a nice spot to unwind.
